Your standard vinyl decal will be made of vinyl which is outdoor rated for 6 years.  It is a permanent vinyl and should not be applied to indoor walls.  Decals have a glossy finish unless otherwise listed in the options. 
Your decal will come mounted on transfer tape ready to apply.  I also include instructions with photos and a free sample to practice with.
Ordering size is by the longest side.  If you need a specific size please email me and I'm more than happy to help.
